Kalamata Olive Tapenade

This is a really easy recipe for a Quick & Very Delicious Olive Tapenade.

1 container of pitted Kalamata Olives finely chopped
2 cloves or 1 large clove of garlic finely chopped
approx. 3-4tbsp. of Extra Virgin Olive Oil 
A splash or two of Cognac
Mix all together and serve in a beautiful bowl surrounded with your favorite crackers

Enjoy!
*Be sure to cover & refrigerate any leftovers
